About The Crimson Crow Discussions Ltd
The Crimson Crow Discussions Ltd began in Glasgow with a small crew and a clear aim: make television that respects the audience's time. Our first productions were filmed in working studios across the city. We learned to plan around real contributors, busy presenters and changing news desks. That discipline still guides every call sheet. We listen closely before we suggest a format. We keep editorial decisions visible to the people who own the programme. We treat contributors with care before, during and after filming. We check sound, continuity and media paths before they become problems. We hire crews who know how to work under pressure without adding noise. We believe a good production meeting ends with clear owners and clear next steps. Our mission is to help producers make ambitious television with sensible control of time and budget. We support talk shows, current affairs and interview series because strong conversation needs thoughtful preparation. Our Glasgow base gives us access to experienced regional crews and adaptable studio partners. We take on projects that value accuracy, humanity and a well-made programme. The work is demanding. We like it that way.

Production questions
What support can you take on?
We can join at concept, pre-production, recording or post. We agree the exact responsibilities, decision points and delivery requirements before work begins.
Do you work with independent producers?
Yes. We work with independent teams, broadcasters and digital publishers, including producers who need extra technical or scheduling support for one series.
How long does a series usually take?
A compact interview series often takes eight to twelve weeks from planning to final masters. The timetable depends on contributor access, filming days and approval rounds.
